Similarly, if upper
castes/classes are told how their sacrifice have made difference to lower
castes, you will help remove the ‘sting’ from reservation. Make it glorious for
upper castes/classes. “Giving up” is cool.
It works for both, the
upper gets encouragement and the lower develops love and gratitude for what
they receive.
